Established in 1998, On-Site Partners is a full-service meeting and event planning firm. We provide site and vendor selection, housing services, registration processing, event coordination, program development, production and on-site management for meetings of 10-10,000 attendees hosted by corporations, professional and trade associations and community organizations. The firm is a certified minority-owned enterprise and HUB certified by the State of Texas.

On-Site Partners is the 2008 recipient of both the “Minority Supplier of the Year Award” from the Houston Minority Business Council (HMBC) and the 2008 Pinnacle Award in Hospitality, presented by the Houston Citizens Chamber of Commerce.

Our team has extensive background providing logistics services to meeting and events from both sides of the table.  We have worked in every department including reservations, catering, sales, convention services, front office, guest services as hospitality professionals and with hotels, convention centers, airlines, transportation companies, security firms, decorators, audio visual contractors, vendors and sponsors in our meeting planner roles.
